Jenni Lee is superb. She is very energetic, organized, responsive, friendly and helpful. We were definitely plunging into the unknown, buying real estate in Hawaii when we call Maryland home. But Jenni made it easy. Then, after the deal was closed (and most real estate agents become much harder to contact), she really hit it out of the park, helping us to redecorate the condo. She said it was just like staging, only after the sale. Wow. I’d call it exceptional (and fun!). We had a blast running around, picking out furniture and accessories and paint. She identified painters and handymen, helped us haul furntiure and when we unfortunately had to leave before it was complete, supervised the work and kept us up to date on progress. Everyone who has seen the redecorated condo has been effusive in their praise for its appearance. We can’t say enough good things about Jenni. She is a truly outstanding realtor and a wonderful person. An 11 on a scale of 1 – 10.
