I feel Jenni Lee did something that nobody else could at the time that she sold my condo. She listed it at a price that nobody said it would sell for and it did!. After that others in the area also sold for that. She told me that she sets new limits and she proved it. Also throughout the process she was completely professional by updating me and keeping in touch with me throughout the process. She also double ended the deal because she has such a large clientele. Literally my condo sold within the first week because of her cachet of clients. It was an all cash deal which made no appraisal necessary because it did sell Higher than any other condo in our complex. She did everything she said she would. I would highly recommend her to anybody. Plus her attitude of professionalism, friendliness and aloha was greatly appreciated.
