Purchasing a home in Hawaii while living on the Mainland can be stressful. Jenni Lee made this process painless. We had a limited window to visit the Big Island, find a neighborhood, and shop for homes that fit our needs. We needed a great realtor to help us. We have two large dogs, and the fact that Jenni is an animal advocate, and active Humane Society member caught our attention. (Folks with dogs know what is important in a yard and neighborhood when living with pets: walking, a secure yard, useable space, etc.) Jenni showed up fully organized and prepared. We literally drove from one home to another with no breaks over two days and managed to walk through nearly 20 homes. Jenni nailed it with the variety of homes she had selected for us. We were quickly able to focus on a single home after comparing it to everything we had seen. We submitted an offer on the way to the airport. The sellers accepted our offer as we boarded the plane. I cannot speak more highly of Jenni. I have worked with Jenni to buy and sell two properties over the past couple of years. She made every bit of the process easy. Also, very few agents on the Big Island pay much attention the needs of people with pets. It can be a hassle to sift through all of the different condo complexes that do and do not allow pets. Jenni has acute knowledge of that aspect of the home buying process, and can be a true asset for someone new to Hawaii with one or more pets. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase a property on the Big Island. I would be even more inclined, however, to recommend her services to sell a property, as she is incredibly talented in regards to staging and design. Having seen many of the properties she has staged to be sold, I am always impressed with the level of detail and thought that she puts into staging a home. While Jenni is great as a buyer’s agent, I think she really separates herself from others as a seller’s agent.

Jenni was referred to us by friends who purchased a condo in Kona. What a great referral.
